The Premium Washguard all-stainless washdown motor is a single-phase unit with a power rating of 1/3HP and a speed of 1725 RPM, featuring a totally-enclosed non-ventilated (TENV) design with a 56 frame and C face configuration. It operates at a voltage of 115/208-230V, 1PH, 60Hz, with nameplate amps of 5.4/2.7, designed for continuous duty with a 1.15 service factor and no thermal protection. The motor has a standard efficiency of 72 and is rated for an ambient temperature of 40 C. It offers selective CCW rotation with a shaft length of 1-7/8 inches and a shaft diameter of 5/8 inches. This motor is constructed to provide maximum service in critically clean or corrosive environments, featuring all exterior components made of stainless steel, O-ring sealed endshields to the frame, and standard IEEE 841 severe-duty features. It meets demanding pharmaceutical requirements and is well-suited for chemical-processing applications, offering IP56 enclosure protection. Additionally, it incorporates all Washguard mechanical and electrical features, includes an IRIS™ insulation system, and is BISSC certified for the baking industry.
