The Extreme Washguard all-stainless washdown motor is a robust 3-phase motor, featuring specifications of .5/.33HP and operational speeds of 1725/1425 RPM. It is designed with a totally-enclosed non-ventilated (TENV) enclosure, a 56 frame, and a C face configuration, operating at voltages of 208-230/460V, with a frequency of 60/50Hz. The motor has nameplate amps of 1.6/.8 and 1.4/.7, designed for continuous duty with a service factor of 1.15. It does not include thermal protection and has an efficiency rating of 78.5, classified as standard efficiency, with an ambient rating of 40 C. The motor features reverse rotation capability and a shaft length of 1-7/8 inches. It meets EPACT regulations for non-exempt applications when tested without shaft seals, and it includes total winding encapsulation utilizing an epoxy resin. The Leeson exclusive IRIS™ inverter-rated insulation system ensures long-lasting performance.
