The WashGuard SST all-stainless washdown motors are designed for demanding washdown applications, featuring a single-phase 2HP motor with a 3600 RPM speed and a totally-enclosed fan-cooled (TEFC) enclosure built on a 145 frame. The motors operate on a voltage range of 115-208/230V, 1PH, 60Hz, with nameplate amps of 19/9.5 and a service factor of 1.15. These units do not include thermal protection and have a standard efficiency rating of 0, suitable for ambient temperatures of up to 40 C, with selective counterclockwise (CCW) rotation. Constructed entirely from 300 series stainless steel, all external components, including the motor frame, endshield, and conduit box castings, are moisture resistant, utilizing a sealant at the frame and endbells junction. The motor features a laser-etched full-fact nameplate, is specifically designed to endure the rigors of food processing, chemical processing, and beverage industries without any paint or coatings on the exterior. Additionally, four T-drain locations are provided on each endshield, and the motor complies with IP55 enclosure protection standards, offering a 10:1 ratio for constant or variable torque at a 1.0 service factor.
