The WashGuard SST all-stainless washdown motor is a single-phase, 2HP motor that operates at 1800 RPM and features a totally-enclosed fan-cooled (TEFC) enclosure with a 56 frame. It supports a voltage range of 115-208/230V, 1PH, and 60Hz, with nameplate amps of 16.4/8.2 and a 1.15 service factor. This motor has an efficiency rating of 74 and falls under the standard efficiency type, with an ambient temperature rating of 40°C. It allows selective CCW rotation and has a shaft length of 1-7/8". Designed for challenging washdown applications, it is constructed with all exterior components made of 300 series stainless steel, including the motor frame, endshield, and conduit box castings. The motor includes a moisture-resistant sealant between the frame and endbells, and the full-fact nameplate is laser-etched on the motor frame for durability. Built to endure the demanding environments found in food processing, chemical processing, and beverage industries, the motor uses no paint or coatings on its exterior. It also features four T-drain locations on each endshield and meets IP55 enclosure protection standards, offering a 10:1 ratio for constant or variable torque at 1.0 service factor.
