The Washguard white epoxy coated motor is a 3-phase TENV motor featuring a 1/2HP output and operates at 1140 RPM within a totally-enclosed non-ventilated (TENV) enclosure, designed with a 56 frame and rigid C construction. It supports voltage configurations of 208-230/460V at 3PH, 60Hz, with nameplate amps of 2.3/1.15, suitable for continuous duty applications and a service factor of 1.15. The motor does not include thermal protection and has an efficiency rating of 77, classified under standard efficiency, with an ambient temperature rating up to 40 C, and allows for reverse rotation. It features a shaft length of 1-7/8 inches and a shaft diameter of 5/8 inches. Enhanced performance is achieved in wet and humid conditions through its durable Rust-Oleum® white epoxy coating and components such as the stainless steel shaft, conduit box cover, nameplate, and fan guard. Additional protective elements include special gaskets, slingers, seals, and four endshield drains, ensuring moisture resistance. The motor meets IP55 enclosure protection standards and is suitable for use with variable frequency drives (VFDs), offering a 10:1 ratio for constant or variable torque at a service factor of 1.0.
