The CM® Weblok assembly 867040-4 is designed for synthetic to attachment applications with a capacity of 1-1/4" lbs. This assembly allows for quick, easy, and safe sling attachment when working with synthetic slings. It is available in two designs: synthetic-to-attachment Webloks, which combine the CM Hammerlok® coupling link with a synthetic sling attachment, and synthetic-to-synthetic Webloks, which feature two synthetic sling attachments. Depending on the application, CM Webloks come with either single or double load pin retention. The product is suitable for use with round slings, web slings, and high-performance synthetics. Users can efficiently and safely lift loads by connecting a sling to the synthetic sling attachment and a master link or other rigging attachment to the Hammerlok portion. The synthetic sling attachment features a CM orange powder-coated finish, providing an extra-smooth surface for synthetic attachments. The assembly complies with ASTM A952 and WSTDA standards, ensuring it meets recognized overhead lifting safety guidelines. Additionally, double-retention Webloks incorporate a load pin retention system that features a bolt head and lock nut to prevent the load pin from backing out during extreme use, while single-retention Webloks utilize the same retention system as the CM Hammerlok. Forged rigging products offer enhanced features such as greater ductility, better fatigue life, and higher tensile strength, resulting in lighter, better-performing products with reduced risk of internal defects.
