CM® Weblok Assembly 867030-2 is designed for synthetic sling attachment with a capacity of 30,000 lbs. This assembly allows for quick, easy, and safe connections when working with synthetic slings. It incorporates the industry-leading CM Hammerlok® coupling link paired with a CM synthetic sling attachment for synthetic-to-attachment applications, while synthetic-to-synthetic variations feature dual synthetic sling attachments. Available options include single or double load pin retention, tailored to different applications. The assembly is compatible with round slings, web slings, and high-performance synthetics, enabling efficient load lifting by connecting a sling to the synthetic attachment and a master link or other rigging attachment to the Hammerlok portion. The CM Weblok's synthetic sling attachment has a signature CM orange powder-coated finish that offers an ultra-smooth surface. The forged rigging products ensure greater ductility, better fatigue life, higher tensile strength, and an improved grain structure compared to cast alternatives, resulting in lighter and safer products with a reduced risk of internal defects. The double retention configuration uses a load pin retention system with a bolt head and lock nut, enhancing safety during extreme usage, while single-retention models leverage the proven retention system found in CM's Hammerlok. The assembly meets industry-recognized overhead lifting standards and is compliant with ASTM A952 & WST specifications.
