The CM® Weblok Assembly 877020-4 is designed for synthetic to synthetic lifting applications, featuring a 5/8" diameter with a capacity of 10,000 lbs. This assembly facilitates quick, easy, and safe sling attachment when using synthetic slings. It includes two designs: synthetic-to-attachment Webloks, which combine a CM Hammerlok® coupling link with a synthetic sling attachment, and synthetic-to-synthetic Webloks, which feature two synthetic sling attachments. The assembly offers options for single or double load pin retention, making it suitable for various applications, including round slings, web slings, and high-performance synthetics. The synthetic sling attachments are finished with a CM orange powder coating for an extra-smooth surface, contributing to safer connections. Forged components provide enhanced characteristics over cast products, such as improved ductility, fatigue life, and tensile strength. The double retention Weblok variant features a load pin retention system equipped with a bolt head and lock nut, ensuring maximum safety during use.
