The CM® Weblok Assembly 877010-4 is a synthetic-to-synthetic assembly designed to provide a reliable lifting solution with a rated capacity of 5000 lbs. This assembly allows for quick and safe sling attachment, featuring a combination of CM Hammerlok® coupling links and synthetic sling attachments. It is available in two designs: synthetic-to-attachment Webloks, which combine a Hammerlok with a synthetic sling, and synthetic-to-synthetic Webloks, which utilize two synthetic sling attachments. Depending on the application, customers can choose between single or double load pin retention. Compatible with round slings, web slings, and high-performance synthetics, the assembly allows for efficient attachment by connecting a sling to the synthetic attachment and a master link or other rigging attachment to the Hammerlok. The synthetic sling attachment portions feature a CM orange powder-coated finish for a smooth surface, enhancing safety and usability. This product adheres to industry-recognized overhead lifting standards, including compliance with ASTM A952 and WSTDA. Additionally, the double retention Webloks incorporate a load pin retention system with a bolt head and lock nut, ensuring maximum safety during use, while single-retention Webloks utilize a similar system as the CM Hammerlok.
