The CM® Weblok Assembly 877030-4 is designed for synthetic-to-synthetic applications with a capacity of 25,000 lbs and dimensions of 7/8 inches. This assembly allows for quick, easy, and safe sling attachment when working with synthetic slings. CM Webloks come in two designs: synthetic-to-attachment and synthetic-to-synthetic, with the former featuring a CM Hammerlok® coupling link paired with a CM synthetic sling, while the latter includes two synthetic sling attachments. The Webloks can be configured with either single or double load pin retention systems, suited for various applications involving round slings, web slings, and high-performance synthetics. The synthetic sling attachment portion is finished with a CM orange powder coating, ensuring a smooth surface for attachments. The forged rigging products provide better ductility, fatigue life, and tensile strength compared to cast products, enhancing performance and reducing the risk of internal defects. The double retention system features a load pin retention with a bolt head and lock nut, ensuring maximum safety, while the single retention system mirrors the reliability of CM's Hammerlok. This product meets ASTM A952 and WSTD standards, ensuring it complies with industry-recognized overhead lifting regulations.
