The 6" x 2" Semi-Steel Caster Kit H-CK4-SC6-2 is designed for use with self-dumping hoppers, providing a weight capacity of 4800 lb. The casters are constructed from semi-steel, ensuring strength and durability for a long lifespan. These high-capacity casters facilitate the easy transportation of heavy loads, enhancing task efficiency. The installation process involves bolting the casters onto the hopper by utilizing factory-stamped holes in the fork tubes. It is important to note that the maximum weight capacity is determined by the lower weight capacity of either the hopper or the caster, meaning the weight of the hopper must be considered when calculating usable capacity. The casters are shipped uninstalled to prevent freight damage. This caster kit is compatible with Global models 241766, 241767, and 241768. Additionally, OSHA requires that users obtain written approval from the manufacturer of their fork truck for the use of any fork truck attachments.
