This kit includes rubber voltage gloves that are electrically tested and stamped with the initial test date, ensuring safety and compliance for users. The gloves are newly tested before shipment and must be put into use within 12 months of the test date. Once issued, they require testing within 6 months of distribution to employees. To enhance the lifespan of the rubber voltage gloves, they should be worn with 10" leather glove protectors, although these protectors are not required to be marked with a date. The gloves are rated Class 00, with a maximum use voltage of 500V AC and 750V DC, and also provide protection against arc flash incidents. Compliance with industry standards includes NFPA 70E, CSA Z462, and ANSI/ASTM D120, Class 00, Type 1.
