The kit includes rubber voltage gloves that are electrically tested and stamped with the initial test date, ensuring reliability and safety. These gloves must be utilized within 12 months of the test date, and once issued, they require retesting within 6 months from the distribution date to employees. To enhance the lifespan of the rubber voltage gloves, it is recommended to wear them with 10" leather glove protectors, although these protectors do not need to be marked with a test date. The gloves are classified as Class 00, with a maximum use voltage of 500V AC and 750V DC, and they are designed to provide protection against arc flash hazards. The product complies with NFPA 70E, CSA Z462, and ANSI/ASTM D120, Class 00, Type 1 standards.
