The kit includes rubber voltage gloves that are electrically tested and stamped with the initial test date, ensuring their reliability. Each pair is newly tested before shipment and must be put into use within 12 months of the test date. Once issued, the gloves need to be tested again within six months from the distribution date to employees. To enhance the gloves' lifespan, it is recommended that they be worn with 10" leather glove protectors, which do not require date markings. The gloves are classified as Class 2, with a maximum use voltage of 17,000V AC and 25,500V DC, and are suitable for arc flash applications. Compliance with safety standards is confirmed as they meet NFPA 70E, CSA Z462, and ANSI/ASTM D120, Class 2, Type 1 certifications.
