The BSC Preferred's™ MERV 8 pleated air filters are designed to virtually eliminate shipping damage by utilizing 100% synthetic media with memory and a no metal design that reduces landfill waste, making the product fully incinerable. With MERV 8 efficiency, these filters can contribute toward LEED points. They feature a low pressure drop and are constructed with a 100% recycled paperboard frame. The filters are available in two construction options: clay coated paperboard with a depth of 1 inch or high wet strength beverage board with a depth of 2 inches, providing increased moisture resistance. These air filters are ideal for a wide range of applications including prefilters for high efficiency filters, office and retail spaces, manufacturing and distribution facilities, government and educational institutions, medical offices, assisted living residences, hospitals, hotels, airports, as well as single and multi-family housing.
