The air filter kit features a design that virtually eliminates shipping damage through the use of 100% synthetic media with memory, while its no metal construction reduces landfill waste and makes it fully incinerable. It boasts a MERV 8 efficiency rating, which is beneficial for LEED points, and includes a low pressure drop in conjunction with a 100% recycled paperboard frame. The filters are constructed from clay-coated paperboard with a 1" depth or high wet strength beverage board with a 2" depth, providing increased moisture resistance. They are ideal for various applications including as a prefilter for high-efficiency filters, in office and retail spaces, manufacturing and distribution centers, government and educational facilities, doctor offices, assisted living facilities, hospitals, hotels, airports, and both single and multi-family housing.
