The machine is constructed of Meehanite casting and features satin chrome-finished dials for long-lasting durability. It includes an internally cooled spindle head with a heavy-duty splined motor drive, a chromed large-diameter quill, and a one-piece pinion and shaft. The machine is equipped with a three-stage power downfeed with automatic stop and a heavy-duty spindle brake, as well as precision hardened and ground ways and a precision ground table. Adjustable gibs, a one-shot lubrication system, and an internal coolant tank built into the base (coolant pump not included) are also part of the design. Additional components include way covers, a draw bar, a toolbox with tools, and a tolerance test. The motor specifications are 2 HP, 115/230V, 1 PH, prewired for 230V.
