The pleated air filter is designed to remove airborne irritants in HVAC units for commercial, light commercial, and industrial buildings, including office and retail spaces, industrial filtration, single and multi-family housing, government and education facilities, and healthcare settings such as doctor offices, assisted living facilities, and hospitals. The filter media is treated with an additional antimicrobial agent to prevent mold growth and is made from 100% synthetic media, providing exceptionally high efficiency while maintaining the lowest resistance to airflow. This results in improved airflow, reduced energy costs, and effective removal of airborne irritants like pollens, molds, dander, and dust. The filter does not rely on electrostatic charge for efficiency and can contribute to earning points for USGBC-LEED certification projects.
