It features 100% synthetic media with an added antimicrobial agent to prevent mold growth, achieving a MERV 11 rating. The pleated design allows heavier, more restrictive particles to accumulate at the bottom or tips of the pleats, keeping the sides open longer for effective filtration and improved airflow. This low resistance filter can reduce energy costs and supports USGBC-LEED certification projects. It offers a low initial pressure drop, with initial efficiency over twice that of traditional cotton poly materials and greater than 74% initial efficiency on particles measuring 1-3 microns. The media is moisture resistant, enhancing durability and performance.
