Grade 100 alloy chain slings exhibit approximately 25% higher strength than Grade 80 and are primarily utilized as sling components for overhead lifting, suitable for all applications of Grades 30 through 80. Manufactured in America, CM Herc-Alloy® products are crafted from superior triple alloy steel, ensuring the best strength-to-weight performance in the industry. Herc-Alloy® 100 chain adheres to ASTM A973 standards, while associated components such as hooks and Hammerlok®s comply with ASTM A952 standards. Each sling is individually serialized for traceability, and proof test certificates accompany each sling. Additionally, these products meet NACM, ASME, and OSHA standards for overhead lifting.
