Grade 100 alloy chain slings have approximately 25% higher strength than Grade 80, making them ideal for overhead lifting applications. These slings are constructed using Grade 100 chain, which can be utilized in the same applications as Grades 30 through 80. Manufactured in America, CM Herc-Alloy® products are crafted from superior triple alloy steel, providing the best strength-to-weight performance in the industry. Herc-Alloy® 100 chain complies with ASTM A973 standards, while components like hooks and Hammerlok® meet ASTM A952 standards. Each sling is individually serialized for traceability, and proof test certificates are included with each sling. Additionally, the products meet NACM, ASME, and OSHA standards for overhead lifting, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
