Grade 100 alloy chain slings have approximately 25% higher strength than Grade 80 and are primarily used as a sling component for overhead lifting. These slings can be utilized in all applications suitable for Grades 30 through 80. Manufactured in America, CM Herc-Alloy® products are constructed from superior triple alloy steel, providing the best strength-to-weight performance in the industry. Herc-Alloy® 100 chain complies with ASTM A973 standards, while components, such as hooks and Hammerlocks®, adhere to ASTM A952 standards. Each sling is individually serialized for traceability, and proof test certificates accompany every sling. Additionally, these products meet NACM, ASME, and OSHA standards for overhead lifting.
