Grade 100 alloy chain slings have approximately 25% higher strength than Grade 80 and are primarily used as a sling component for overhead lifting. This chain can be utilized in all the same applications as grades 30 through 80. Made in America, CM Herc-Alloy products are constructed from superior triple alloy steel, providing the best strength-to-weight performance in the industry. Herc-Alloy 100 chain meets ASTM A973 standards, while its components, including hooks and Hammerlocks, comply with ASTM A952 standards. Each sling is individually serialized for traceability, and proof test certificates are included with each sling. The products also meet NACM, ASME, and OSHA standards for overhead lifting.
