Grade 100 alloy chain slings have approximately 25% higher strength than Grade 80, and are primarily used as a sling component for overhead lifting. This chain can be applied in all the same situations as Grades 30 through 80. Made in America, CM HERC-ALLOY® products are constructed from superior triple alloy steel, offering the best strength-to-weight performance in the industry. HERC-ALLOY® 100 chain complies with ASTM A973 standards, while its components, such as hooks and hammerloks®, meet ASTM A952 standards. Each sling is individually serialized for traceability, and proof test certificates are included with each sling. Additionally, the product meets NACM, ASME, and OSHA standards for overhead lifting.
