Grade 100 alloy chain slings have approximately 25% higher strength than Grade 80 and are primarily used as a sling component for overhead lifting, suitable for all applications similar to Grades 30 through 80. Manufactured in America, CM HERC-ALLOY® products are crafted from superior triple alloy steel, offering exceptional strength-to-weight performance in the industry. The HERC-ALLOY® 100 chain complies with ASTM A973 standards, while components such as hooks and hammerlocks® conform to ASTM A952 standards. Each sling is individually serialized for traceability, and proof test certificates accompany every sling. Additionally, these products meet NACM, ASME, and OSHA standards for overhead lifting.
