This sealant is ideal for sealing air leaks around windows, doors, siding, trim, and baseboards to improve energy efficiency and reduce utility costs. The cured sealant is mold and mildew resistant, with a lifetime guarantee. It meets ASTM specification C920, class 25 and is VOC compliant for interior and exterior use.
