This sealant is a 100% waterproof and weatherproof solution designed for sealing out drafts, water, and moisture around various structures such as windows, doors, siding, gutters, flashing, pipes, and vents. It remains flexible to accommodate expansion and contraction, ensuring it does not crack or lose adhesion over time. The cured sealant is resistant to mold and mildew, making it suitable for both interior and exterior use. It complies with ASTM C719 and meets the requirements of ASTM C920 for Class 25, Use G. Please note that the sealant is not paintable.
