It features a lifetime guarantee against mold, mildew, and algae, ensuring the sealant remains clean and new. This product offers strong adhesion to common building materials and maintains permanent flexibility for a durable, weatherproof seal. It can be easily cleaned up with water and meets ASTM C920, Class 35 standards. Additionally, it complies with AAMA 802.3 Type 1, AAMA 803.3 Type 1, and AAMA 808.3 Type 1. The sealant is VOC compliant and suitable for both exterior and interior use.
