It is formulated with Weather Max Technology™ to resist UV fading, chalking, crumbling, cracking, and dirt build-up. The sealant offers a lifetime guarantee of mold, mildew, and algae resistance to keep it looking clean. With strong adhesion to common building materials and permanent flexibility, it provides a long-lasting, weatherproof seal for both interior and exterior use. Easy water cleanup. Meets ASTM C920, Class 35 and complies with AAMA 802.3 Type 1, AAMA 803.3 Type 1, and AAMA.808.3 Type 1. VOC compliant.
