This sealant provides a long-lasting, durable seal that is 100% waterproof and weatherproof, making it ideal for sealing air leaks around windows, doors, siding, trim, and baseboards to enhance a home's energy efficiency and reduce utility costs. Once cured, the sealant is resistant to mold and mildew. It meets ASTM specification C920, class 25, and is VOC compliant, suitable for both interior and exterior use.
