Bug X 30 insect repellent is an EPA registered formula that incorporates a 30% concentration of DEET and follows the CDC's recommendations for reduced DEET levels in insect repellents. This newly approved water-based formula is designed for controlled and measured DEET release, ensuring prolonged effectiveness comparable to higher concentrations. The repellent is non-greasy, non-staining, low odor, and resistant to water and sweat. It is available in both towelette and spray packaging to accommodate various application needs. Bug X 30 provides over 7 hours of protection against a wide range of pests, including mosquitoes, ticks, chiggers, fleas, gnats, red bugs, no-see-ums, sand fleas, biting flies, deer flies, stable flies, and black flies. Additionally, it effectively repels insects known to transmit critical diseases such as West Nile virus, Zika virus, Lyme disease, human granulocytic ehrlichiosis (HGE), encephalitis, malaria, dengue fever, and spotted fever.
