Baldor-Reliance food safe IP69 motors are engineered for reliable performance at maximum efficiency, operating continuously while ensuring effective cleaning for uncompromised food safety. The motors feature an all stainless-steel construction that protects against corrosion, minimizing costly downtime and repairs. Hardened epoxy resin encapsulates the windings to provide an additional layer of internal protection against water and humidity, extending into the conduit box to prevent moisture ingress. The motors are equipped with a two-barrier mechanical seal at the shaft extension, utilizing chemical-resistant Viton material that withstands high temperatures and direct sprays. Additionally, the middle section of the 3-piece rotatable conduit box can be rotated 360 degrees in 90-degree increments, allowing for customization of the lead opening direction.
