Baldor-Reliance food safe IP69 motors are engineered for reliable performance at maximum efficiency around the clock while allowing for effective cleaning to ensure uncompromised food safety. The motors feature an all stainless-steel construction that provides protection against corrosion, minimizing costly downtime and repairs. A hardened epoxy resin encapsulates the windings, offering an additional layer of internal defense against water and humidity, extending into the conduit box to prevent moisture ingress. The motors are equipped with a two-barrier mechanical seal at the shaft extension, utilizing Viton material that is chemical resistant, capable of withstanding high temperatures and direct spray. Additionally, the 3-piece conduit box allows for the middle portion to be rotated 360 degrees in 90-degree increments, facilitating the positioning of the lead opening as required.
