Baldor-Realiance food safe IP69 motors are designed to perform reliably at maximum efficiency around the clock while ensuring uncompromised food safety through effective cleaning. The motors feature an all stainless-steel construction that safeguards against corrosion, thereby minimizing costly downtime and repairs. They are equipped with encapsulated/potted leads, where hardened epoxy resin completely encapsulates the windings, providing an additional layer of protection against water and humidity; this encapsulation extends into the conduit box to prevent moisture intrusion. Additionally, the motors include two-barrier mechanical shaft seals made from chemical-resistant Viton material, capable of withstanding high temperatures and direct sprays. The middle portion of the three-piece conduit box can be rotated 360 degrees in 90-degree increments, allowing for flexibility in lead opening orientation.
