The motors feature a robust all stainless-steel construction that provides excellent corrosion resistance, minimizing the risk of costly downtime and repairs. The windings are protected by encapsulated/potted leads utilizing hardened epoxy resin, which offers an additional layer of defense against water and humidity, with the encapsulation extending into the conduit box to further prevent moisture ingress. A two-barrier mechanical seal at the shaft extension safeguards against water intrusion, utilizing Viton material that is resistant to chemicals, high temperatures, and direct spray. Additionally, the rotatable conduit box allows for the middle portion of this 3-piece design to be rotated 360 degrees in 90-degree increments, providing flexibility in adjusting the lead opening to the desired direction.
