Baldor-Reliance food safe IP69 motors are engineered for reliable performance at maximum efficiency around the clock, ensuring uncompromised food safety through effective cleaning to a hygienic level. The motors feature an all stainless-steel construction that protects against corrosion, minimizing downtime and repair costs. They are equipped with encapsulated leads, where hardened epoxy resin completely surrounds the windings, offering enhanced protection against water and humidity; this encapsulation extends into the conduit box to prevent moisture ingress. Additional protection is provided by two-barrier mechanical shaft seals made of Viton material, which is resistant to chemicals, can withstand high temperatures, and is suitable for direct spray. The rotatable conduit box allows the middle section to be rotated 360 degrees in 90-degree increments, providing flexibility in directing the lead opening as needed.
