Baldor-Realiance food safe IP69 motors are designed to perform reliably at maximum efficiency around the clock while ensuring uncompromised food safety through effective cleaning to a hygienic level. The motors feature an all stainless-steel construction that safeguards against corrosion, thus avoiding costly downtime and repairs. The leads are encapsulated in hardened epoxy resin, providing an additional layer of internal protection against water and humidity, with the encapsulation extending into the conduit box to prevent moisture ingress into the winding. Additionally, the motors are equipped with two-barrier mechanical seals that prevent water from entering at the shaft extension, using Viton material that is chemical resistant and can withstand high temperatures and direct sprays. The rotatable conduit box allows for the middle portion of the 3-piece box to be rotated 360 degrees in 90-degree increments, enabling the lead opening to face the desired direction.
