Baldor-Reliance food safe IP69 motors are designed for reliable performance and maximum efficiency in continuous operation while ensuring effective cleaning for uncompromised food safety. These motors feature an all stainless-steel construction that safeguards against corrosion, thus reducing costly downtime and repairs. The windings are protected by hardened epoxy resin that encapsulates them, providing an additional layer of defense against water and humidity; this encapsulation extends into the conduit box to prevent moisture ingress. Equipped with a two-barrier mechanical seal made from chemical-resistant Viton material, the motors prevent water entry at the shaft extension while withstanding high temperatures and direct spray. Additionally, the middle portion of the 3-piece conduit box is rotatable by 360 degrees in 90-degree increments, allowing for flexible positioning of the lead opening as needed.
