Baldor-Reliance food safe IP69 motors are engineered for reliable performance and maximum efficiency in food processing environments, featuring an all stainless-steel construction that safeguards against corrosion, thereby preventing costly downtime and repairs. The motors include encapsulated/potted leads, where hardened epoxy resin fully encases the windings, offering enhanced internal protection against water and humidity; this encapsulation extends into the conduit box to inhibit moisture ingress. Additionally, the motors are equipped with two-barrier mechanical seals at the shaft extension to prevent water intrusion, utilizing Viton material that is resistant to chemicals, high temperatures, and direct spray. The rotatable conduit box allows for customization with a 360-degree rotation in 90-degree increments to direct the lead opening as needed.
