The Bulman Paper Cutter Deluxe Razor-X is designed for cutting and dispensing various materials including corrugated rolls, thin and thick foams, air bubble cushioning, poly films, heavy paper, and cellophane products with a thickness of up to 7/8". This cutter can efficiently cut up to 1/2" thick, solid materials such as cork while improving performance on thicker soft materials like bubble foam and filler material. It features an adjustable cutting height guard for thicknesses ranging from 3/8" to 5/8", facilitating easier blade changes by allowing the lower head portion to be removed without detaching the stainless steel tube from the track. Constructed with 4-notch titanium edge utility blades, replacement blades are available separately. The kit includes hold downs and the Deluxe Razor-X head can seamlessly replace the existing rotary shear head on the current tracks without requiring modifications. An additional advantage is that the material does not get pulled into the track as it does with traditional rotary shear blades, ensuring cleaner tracks and reducing the need for replacements due to clogging, applicable to most forms of bubble, foam, paper, cork, and single face corrugated.
