The Bulman Paper Cutter Deluxe Razor-X is engineered for cutting and dispensing various materials, including corrugated rolls, thin and thick foams, air bubble cushioning, poly films, heavy paper, and cellophane products with a maximum thickness of 7/8". It can cut materials up to 1/2" thick and increases effectiveness on thicker soft materials like bubble and foam. The cutting height guard is adjustable for thicknesses ranging from 3/8" to 5/8", facilitating easier blade changes by allowing the removal of the lower portion of the head instead of detaching the stainless steel tube from the track. Constructed with 4-notch titanium edge utility blades, the cutter permits the purchase of replacement blades sold separately. The kit includes hold downs, and the Deluxe Razor-X head can seamlessly replace the rotary shear head on existing tracks without any modifications. An important feature is that the material does not get pulled into the track, as seen with traditional rotary shear blades, ensuring that the track remains clean longer and reducing the need for replacements due to clogged tracks. This feature benefits most types of bubble, foam, paper, cork, and single face corrugated materials.
