Baldor-Reliance food safe IP69 motors are designed for reliable, maximum efficiency operation around the clock while ensuring a high level of hygiene for uncompromised food safety. These motors feature all stainless-steel construction that safeguards against corrosion, minimizing costly downtime and repairs. The windings are completely encapsulated in hardened epoxy resin, providing an extra layer of protection against water and humidity, with the encapsulation extending into the conduit box to prevent moisture ingress. Additionally, the motors are equipped with a two-barrier mechanical seal made of Viton material, which is chemical resistant and withstands high temperatures and direct spray, effectively preventing water from entering at the shaft extension. The 3-piece conduit box allows for rotation of the middle portion 360 degrees in 90-degree increments, enabling customization of the lead opening direction.
