Baldor-Reliance food safe IP69 motors are designed for reliable performance at maximum efficiency, ensuring uncompromised food safety with effective cleaning capabilities. Constructed entirely of stainless steel, these motors are safeguarded against corrosion, minimizing downtime and repair costs. The encapsulated/potted leads feature hardened epoxy resin that completely protects the windings from water and humidity, with encapsulation extending into the conduit box to prevent moisture intrusion. The motors include two-barrier mechanical shaft seals made from Viton material, which is chemical resistant and capable of withstanding high temperatures and direct spray. Additionally, the rotatable conduit box allows the middle portion of the 3-piece design to be rotated 360 degrees in 90-degree increments, providing flexibility in lead orientation.
