This hoist is recognized as the world's first HMI-certified ratchet lever hoist equipped with RFID technology, boasting a rugged yet lightweight design that allows for easy transport and use in confined spaces. It features an easy free chaining mechanism enabling quick take-up and positioning of slack chain while preventing accidental free chaining under load. The double reduction gearing ensures simple operation with low handle effort, and the screwed-on rubber grip provides a secure hold in varied environments. The hoist complies with ASME B30.21 standards and includes an enclosed Weston type load brake for reliable load positioning. Upper and lower hooks are equipped with forged safety latches for secure load engagement and can be easily removed and inspected as they are bolted on. The hooks have extra-wide throat openings for easier attachment to pick points and can swivel 360° for faster positioning. Its impact-resistant stamped steel housing is designed for durability under repeated rigorous use, complemented by a standard powder coat finish and zinc plating on major components for enhanced corrosion resistance in harsh environments.
