The CM® Columbus McKinnon Bandit Ratchet Lever Hoist features a 3-ton capacity and a 10-foot lift, making it the lightest and most compact portable hoist in its category. This hoist is equipped with RFID technology and is the world's first HMI-certified ratchet lever hoist. It boasts a rugged yet lightweight design for easy transportation and use in confined spaces. The easy free chaining feature allows for quick take-up and positioning of slack chain without the risk of accidental free chaining while under load. The 360-degree rotating handle provides versatile rigging options, particularly useful in tight environments. Its double reduction gearing ensures easy operation with minimal handle effort, while the screwed-on rubber grip enhances comfort and security in various settings. The enclosed Weston type load brake stays clean and dry for reliable load positioning, and both upper and lower hooks are fitted with forged safety latches for secure load engagement. These hooks are also bolted on for straightforward removal and inspection and feature extra-wide throat openings for easier attachment to pick points. The hooks can swivel 360° for quicker positioning. Constructed with impact-resistant stamped steel housing, the hoist is designed to endure rigorous use and is finished with a standard powder coat and zinc plating on major components for added corrosion protection. Additionally, it comes with 100% load tested chain that demonstrates proven integrity and corrosion resistance. The hoist complies with ASME B30.21 standards.
