The CM Hurricane 360° Hand Chain Hoist has a lifting capacity of 5 tons with a 30 ft. lift. It features an army-type, integrated trolley that provides ultra-low headroom, with the option of a plain or geared trolley for easy installation. The hoist includes a standard load limiter to ensure simple, automatic overload protection and utilizes a Weston-style braking system for reliable positive load control. The powder-coated finish provides corrosion protection, while the heat-treated steel gearing ensures high strength and longevity. Additional features include a chain guide and stripper for proper load chain alignment, a precision 4-pocket lift wheel that is fully machined to enhance chain fit and reduce wear, and a hardened alloy steel load chain for superior strength and durability. The hoist requires minimal maintenance and can be easily disassembled without special tools.
