Waterhog® mats are durable, stain-resistant mats designed with a unique bi-level structure that effectively traps dirt and moisture below foot level, ensuring clean, dry, and safe flooring. Made from solution-dyed PET fabric, which consists of 100% post-consumer recycled plastic sourced from drink bottles, these mats feature a rubber backing containing 20% recycled tire content. The rubber backing is engineered to resist cracking and curling, allowing the mat to lie flat and remain securely in place. The classic squares pattern is paired with a rubber border, enhancing its traditional Waterhog design. These mats are certified by the National Floor Safety Institute (NFSI). The dimensions of the mat may vary approximately due to the rubber's reaction to temperature and time, with a tolerable manufacturing size variance of 3-5%. The mats are suitable for placement in indoor entrances and have a 3/8" thickness, an absorption rate of 24 oz. per square yard, and a needle punch carpet mat construction.
