Waterhog® mats are durable, stain-resistant mats featuring a unique bi-level design that traps dirt and moisture below foot level, ensuring clean, dry, and safe floors. The surface is made from solution-dyed PET fabric, which is constructed from 100% post-consumer recycled plastic derived from drink bottles, while the rubber backing contains 20% recycled tire content. This rubber backing is designed to prevent cracking or curling, allowing the mat to lie flat and remain securely in place. The squares pattern on the mat is the classic Waterhog design with a rubber border. The mats are NFSI certified, and it's important to note that the mat size is approximate due to rubber shrinkage and expansion influenced by temperature and time, with a tolerable manufacturing size variance of 3-5%. Additional specifications include an absorption rate of 24 oz. per square yard, a thickness of 3/8 inches, and a needle punch carpet mat construction. Suitable for placement in inside entrances, the mats offer both functionality and eco-friendliness.
