Many manufacturing and food processing facilities are implementing 5S shadow boards to help reduce cost and downtime by keeping cleaning supplies and other tools in a central location, neatly stored, and always accessible. The kit includes a shadow board and hardware for mounting tools specifically designed for Vikan® brand tools, which are sold separately and include a tank brush, 24" single blade squeegee, long-handled scrub brush, large hand brush, and a 3-gallon bucket. It features Pro Series acrylic with subsurface ink that will not chip, peel, or deteriorate, and is suitable for food processing and washdown environments. The product has a temperature range of -30° to 190°F.
