The Edge-of Dock Leveler PP-2072 is a 72-inch usable leveler with a 20,000 lb. capacity that features a hand pump hydraulic system. This leveler is designed to be permanently attached to the face of a dock that is at least 48 inches high. It automatically drops the lip behind the face of the bumpers when the trailer departs, eliminating the need for a concrete recess. The unit includes bumpers and installation instructions. The standard ramping height is 29 inches, with specific models FM/PP/PE 3066 and 3072 offering a ramping height of 29-13/16 inches and a ramping length of 36-5/8 inches. Proper installation requires a steel dock edge or approach ramp. The hydraulic system enables the operator to lift the leveler and extend the lip, with a relief valve allowing the deck to descend and rest upon the trailer. This kit comes complete with a hand pump, wall mount brackets, cylinder, a 180-inch hydraulic line, and oil. The unit must be pulled out by the truck for the leveler to return to its stored position.
